Staff members in the Office of the Kansas Securities Commissioner are available to assist you in understanding and complying with the provisions of the Kansas Uniform Securities Act or to present information on capital formation issues in Kansas. So that staff can best assist you, we request that you please take the time to read the capital formation information presented on this website and be prepared to answer questions regarding the details of your proposed capital raising.

For a consultation, please call us at 785-296-3071 between 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and ask for a member of our corporate finance team, or send an email to the Kansas Securities Commissioner. In the email enter your securities registration question in the subject area and provide the phone number at which you prefer to be contacted.
